Gobeil's Examination Preparation Course

Gobeil’s Examination Preparation Course will be held in Richmond Hill, just north of Toronto on:

The CFP® Examination is a challenge for every candidate. You must obtain an in-depth knowledge of the financial planning curriculum and you must be able to perform well on an examination that lasts for 6 hours.

About 50% of the candidates pass the examination with each sitting. Some candidates have written 5 and more times. Each candidate has passed a program of studies that includes from 2 to 6 financial planning courses. To pass this exam, you must beat half of the other candidates. You may fail because you do not have an in-depth knowledge of topics in the CFP® Curriculum. You may fail because your exam writing skills are not adequate for this exam.

If you are prepared to put in the effort, the Gobeil Examination Preparation Course can provide you with the knowledge and skills that you require to pass the CFP® Examination. We will provide you with study tips, a self-study course on exam writing techniques, a two-day live course on the knowledge that you “Must Know” to pass the exam, and mock exams to give you the practice that you need to pass.

The average candidate spends more than 150 hours cramming for the Examination. This course is not a substitute for a disciplined review of the enormous amount of material included in the CFP® Curriculum. Before attending this course, you should master the questions in Gobeil’s Collection of 1,000 Questions (not included with the course registration).
